The Elephant Conversation

We know the phrase, “the elephant in the room.” This is some large issue that everyone is acutely aware of, but nobody wants to talk about. We dance around it in our meetings. We collude about it over coffee. And we wish somebody would have the fortitude to bring it up. But no one does! This is an exploratory dialogue designed to create awakening. It often starts with uncovering some level of pain and ends with designing a process to address issues and to set up individuals and teams for success.
